Our sleep services

If you’re experiencing loud snoring, interrupted breathing, excessive daytime tiredness or ongoing poor sleep, a sleep study may help identify the underlying cause. Where clinically appropriate, we can arrange or recommend sleep assessments to support an accurate diagnosis and guide a personalised treatment plan.

Healthy sleep habits are the foundation of better sleep. We provide evidence-informed sleep hygiene advice and, where appropriate, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help address behaviours and thought patterns that may contribute to long-term sleep difficulties.

Anxiety and stress can significantly affect your ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. At The New Clinic, we take a personalised approach to understanding the connection between mental wellbeing.

For patients seeking a holistic approach, we offer personalised care that may include natural medicine, lifestyle recommendations and evidence-informed therapies. Every treatment plan is tailored to your individual symptoms, health history and long-term wellbeing goals, supporting healthier sleep naturally where appropriate.
