Nomusa takes a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to care, with a focus on Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. Currently based in Bendigo, she works across community health, correctional facilities, and residential detox, and was recognised by Drug and Alcohol Nurses Australasia for mentoring trainee nurses.
